Chicago, IL. – February 14, 2020 – Soliant Consulting has been recognized as a Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® in the Nation for the second year in a row. Recipients are chosen based on dedication to their employees, demonstrated through confidential employee survey responses.
Best and Brightest organizations are selected for their efforts in employee engagement through notable human resources and leadership efforts. In 2019, 540 companies out of 5,000 nominees were honored as Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®. This represents a significant increase in exclusivity, as nominees doubled, yet the number of honorees only increased slightly from 2018.

The event is a cornerstone of our company culture and is much anticipated by our team members each year.
