- Module 1: Configuration & Setup Part I
Learn how to set up the basic functions of your Salesforce Instance and configure your User interface. - Module 2: Configurations & Setup Part II
This module focuses on how to manage all of the users within your organization and your organizations security. Learn how to manage user profiles and users, troubleshoot login issues and how to restrict/open data access for Salesforce users.
Day 2
- Module 3: Service & Support Applications
This module focuses on the Service side of Salesforce. Learn how to manage and automate cases from auto-response rules to escalations. - Module 4: Workflow/Process Automation
You will learn to take your company’s current in-house processes and display them within Salesforce, while saving time by automating repetitive tasks. This module focuses on identifying and implementing the correct automation tool like Approval processes and Flow. - Module 5: Productivity & Collaboration
Understand how to improve company productivity activity management, chatter, mobile access and the use of the AppExchange.
