The new ownership brought in Soliant Consulting to assist Catalyst MedTech’s talented development team to relaunch the FileMaker solution with the goal of providing an unparalleled end user experience.
Comprehensive FileMaker Solution Design
- Scalable cloud hosting on Soliant.cloud.
- Deployment automation and management of Dev, UAT, and Production environments.
- A repeatable, configurable data migration tool to extract, transform and load business data from the SaaS data model back into the original FileMaker table structure.
- Integration with Sage and other data integrity improvements for key inventory and financial data.
- An overhaul of the User Interface design, including full size screens and layouts for FM Go mobile devices for field service personnel.
- New reports to help reveal key financial and performance metrics to help enable better business analysis and strategic decisions.
- Set of features to standardize the creation and management of field service inspection and maintenance checklists with accompanying FileMaker Go module optimized for rapid data entry on iPad of the checklists required for the equipment being serviced.
Agile Collaboration for a Successful Relaunch
Through daily collaboration, Catalyst MedTech and Soliant Consulting used an agile methodology for consistent development and deployment cycles. Soliant’s deep bench of specialized developers allowed the team to scale up and down as needed to respond to work spikes, strategically address unique technical challenges, and provide key skill sets.
