This module focuses on customization. You will learn how to change, adjust and create different objects and fields like formulas and roll-ups. As well as create and apply different business processes, page layouts, and record types.
Day 2
- Module 3: Sales & Marketing Applications
You will learn how to apply the sales process, sales productivity tools, and lead automation to make your company’s Sales Cycle run seamlessly. - Module 3: Managing Data
You will learn how to import, export, mass transfer and bulk delete data using different tools available in your org. - Module 4: Reports & Dashboards
You will learn how to create, share and display (dashboards) different custom reports to help with all aspects of Sales, Marketing and Service.
